Orange Promotes Female Inclusion in Tech and Innovation
As women are being encouraged to come to the fore and take their rightful place alongside men in the development of the country, Orange SL in no small measure is playing a big role in this regard.
Apart from being left out of governance, women, especially African women have also been left behind in digital inclusion.
This year, Orange is promoting female inclusion in tech and innovation all aimed at fast tracking female inclusion in all fields of endeavours.
Therefore, Orange is encouraging all female innovators in Sierra Leone to apply for the #2023 Orange Social Venture Prize Women’s Competition, and to apply for both the national and international competitions hence prizes.
The national prize this year is NLe50,000 (Le50 million old notes) while the international prize will fetch 20,0000 euros.
