In a notable  show of fulfilling its corporate social responsibility during the celebration of Esther, Orange Sierra Leone has embarked on the  distribution of assorted  food items to eight churches in Freetown, Porloko ,Lungi and Bombali

when speaking during the donation of the food items to the St. Anthony Catholic Church Syke Street, Freetown, the Director of Procurement and supply chain Department orange Sierra Leone Edward Sesay said that in the lent period  in which Christians are deeply involved in spiritual duties and that it therefore a period in which generosity should be at its best acknowledging  the religious tolerance that exist in orange pointing to the similar gestures been extended to the Muslims which he noted is aimed at  impacting as many beneficiaries as possible.

Father Conteh when speaking on behalf of the perish priest of the church expressed his profound appreciation to the company for selecting his parish. He noted that the donated food items will boost their pastoral work and enable them to be charitable to other members of the church. Father Conteh underscored the importance of generosity which he said Orange Sierra Leone has demonstrated.

The donated items were warmly received by all the churches.
