Squash Federation of Africa President Lucky Mlilo Arrives In Sierra Leone On Feasibility Tour

The President of the Squash Federation of Africa (SFA), Lucky Mlilo, on Friday, 27th June, 2025 arrived in Freetown, on a four-day feasibility tour.

Millo, who also serves as Chairman of the Squash Rackets Association of Zimbabwe, is currently engaged in a feasibility tour through the directive of the World Squash Federation, visiting various member associations to assess the status of the sport and discuss development. The tour includes stops in Cameroon, Uganda, Kenya, and other locations.

He is actively involved in developing squash across Africa, including initiatives like referee training courses and promoting the sport’s inclusion in major events like the African Games.

According to the Secretary General of the Sierra Leone Squash Rackets Association, James Faiya, the Zimbabwean’s key focus is to access the sport’s development and meet with key stakeholders including the Minister of Sports, the NSA, the NOC and the association’s sole sponsor, NP Sierra Leone.

MIillo will also have a dinner with the Squash family on Saturday where he will meet with past and current players especially champions.
