Principal Magistrate of the Freetown Magistrate Court no.1, Magistrate Mustapha Briama Jah and Magistrate Adama Kandeh during court proceedings on an alleged gold fraud matter between the State and Admire Frances Bio and Husband Dauda Jalloh has ordered that they should abstain themselves from social media until the matter that is before the court comes to an end.
Both Magistrates also states that if these order given are been flouted, the court will take necessary actions against both parties.
He said if the defendants, Admire Frances Bio and Dauda Jalloh flout the order of the court the bail given to them will be restricted and if the law is flouted by the complaint Fanni Giuseppe and Alfio Siracusa the court will also take serious action against them, adding that he wants to try the matter speedily.
The matter, he said is a preliminary hearing and would be concluded within twenty eight (28) days, adding that the matter is before a very serious court where he is the Principal Magistrate.
