JHPIEGO Sierra Leone invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible suppliers to submit a tender for the procurement and supply of Interactive Smart Boards and printers. This ITT aims to enable JHPIEGO Sierra Leone to identify suppliers capable of providing high-quality Equipment to support JHPIEGO’s RISE Project intervention in Sierra Leone.
Interested bidders can obtain the bidding document at the JHPIEGO National Office at #1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (back of City Super Market), Hill Station, Freetown, Sierra Leone, or by sending an email request with the bid title to slprocurement@jhpiego.org. Starting from the 1st September 2026 to the 14th September 2026, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm daily. Please note that the Jhpiego office will not be open during weekends or public holidays.
2 TERMS OF THE PROCUREMENT
2.1 PROCUREMENT PROCESS
2.1.1 This competition is being conducted under the Jhpiego Open National Tender Procedure.
2.1.2 The Contracting Authority for this procurement is Jhpiego, Sierra Leone Office
2.1.3 This procurement is funded by the United States Department.
2.2 SUBMISSION OF TENDERS
Tenders must be delivered in the following way:
Bids must be submitted through hardcopy in a sealed envelope marked Procurement and Supply of Interactive Smart Boards and Printers with the words ‘not to be opened before the deadline, Tuesday, 15th September 2026, at 4:30 pm GMT’ to the Private Tender Box located at the Jhpiego office at 1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (back of City Super Market), Freetown, Sierra Leone.
Please note that the Jhpiego office will not be open during weekends or public holidays.
