Pastor Joseph Abu Marsh has, on Wednesday 5th August 2020, been issued a bench warrant by Magistrate Hannah Bonnie of Court No.1 on Pademba Road for wounding a Military Warrant Class 2 Officer, with Force Number 18164003 Elvis Daniel Morgan, attached at the 11th Battalion in Kambia, for failing to appear in court.
The accused is charged with a count of wounding, which is contrary to Section 20 of the Offences against the Persons Act of 1861.
According to the charge sheet, Pastor Joseph Abu Marsh, on Wednesday 8th April 2020, at No.1 Regent Road, Lumley, maliciously wounded RSLAF 18164003 Elvis Daniel Morgan.
ASP Ibrahim Sheik Mansaray is prosecuting the matter. It was adjourned to the 10th August 2020.
