Hon. Haja Miatta Amara

Hon. Haja Miatta Amara of the All People’s Congress (APC), representing Constituency 112 in the western rural district, says she will make good representation for her people in Parliament, because a lot of things are affecting her people in the Constituency.
Speaking to this press, Hon. Haja Miatta Amara noted that those issues will be placed higher her political agenda. Commenting on her challenges, Hon. Haja Miatta Amara said Parliament is a state institution where you learn new things, like the Standing Orders and the Constitution.
“They will make you perform well in the Well of Parliament during debates,” Hon. Amara said.
She reiterated that she will work hard to meet with the exepctations of her constituents. She called on her constituencts to be patient with her as she is ready to serve them.
Hon. Amara maintained that though she is in the opposition party, she will be ready to support Bills that are in the best interest of the country and the people and she will kick against Bills that are not good for the country. She promised to make meaningful contributions during debates in the Well of Parliament.
