The Justice Biobele Commission of Enquiry has on Wednesday cleared and verified the ownership of government property from twenty individuals and amongst them are the Secretary to the President Julius Sandy, Secretary to the Vice President, Barbar Fortune, Assistant Inspector General of Police, Patrick Johnson, former Secretary to the Cabinet and Head of the Civil Service, Ernest Suruur and many others.
The sole Commissioner also noted that former Secretary to President, Dennis Vandy, APC politician and former High Commissioner to Britain, Edward Mohamed Turay, Mrs.Kadie Sesay and many more have until Friday to produce documents showing ownership of their properties.
Mrs. Vicky Jusu, according to Justice Biobele, was not qualified to have purchased the said government property largely because the sale was for civil servants and that she does not fall in that category.
Honourable Justice Charm, Hon Justice Kekura and others have their issues pending with regards their ownership to such properties.
The sole Commissioner was looking at the ownership of certain public servants to government property sold to them under the Ernest Koroma era.
