Kekura Kargbo on Thursday 12th September 2019, made his first appearance before Magistrate Marke Ngegba.
It was alleged by police that he conspired together with other persons unknown to steal one female pig valued at one million, five hundred thousand Leones (Le1,500,000), property of one Sallu Kanu.
The accused is before the court on two counts of conspiracy to commit a felony, contrary to law and larceny in cattle, contrary to section 3 of the Larceny Act 1916.
During proceedings in court, the accused pleaded not guilty to the offence. Prosecutor Sergeant 10980 Hannah Newstead sought for a date as the witnesses were not present in court.
The accused was denied bail by the Magistrate and the matter adjourned to 17th September, 2019 for hearing.
