The ongoing murder trial of Albert Madison Bio came up yesterday before Justice Ivan Sesay of the Freetown High Court.
The accused were Francis Mafinda, Dennis Holland, Laurence Lahai Amara, Mukeh Foh, Abassie Sesay and David Ricott Olatunda Williams.
Led in evidence by State Counsel Adrian Fisher, Detective Sergeant 6890 Sahr Foday Lebbie said he would recall 20th July 2018, when he was on duty at the Cyber Forensic Laboratory at the Criminal Investigations Department Headquarters.
He said on that day, a request was received from the Homicide Unit at the CID Headquarters in respect of a case of murder involving the death of Albert Madison Bio (now deceased), noting that upon that report, he carried out examinations on Africell and Orange Sims and reduced his finding into a report.
He said after that report, he got responses from both the mobile companies and he analyzed the responses and discovered what transpired between 13th – 14th July, 2018, which he said led to the death of the deceased.
The report was read in court by the witness, who was cross-examined by the Defense C Counsel, Mohammed Bangura.
The matter comes up on 13th July, 2020.
