International Competitive Bidding

The Sierra Leone Football Association was established in 1960 and was legally registered in Sierra Leone with Registration No. CF632001 charged with the responsibility to Administer Football Activities all over the country sanction with FIFA/CAF/ WAFU.

The Sierra Leone Football Association promoting and propagating Football activities nationwide as primary objective, partners with its Regional Associations to enhance football development, in the Game Nation-wide, sourcing of young talents through youth football in the Country.

1. The Sierra Leone Football Association has been Approved funds by FIFA towards the implementation of the Project bundle as specified on the contract table.
2. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as to tender Bidding Document per LOT or more for the said Project Bundle A- F Provided the availability to delivery on time required for the completion of the project.
3. Sierra Leone Football Association will also accept electronic bids from eligible bidders for the implementation of the project bundle as stated in the e-mails. address given below
4. SLFA will like to encourage all eligible bidders for showing their interest in SLFA Procurement Opportunities under International Competitive Bidding procedures will ensure that all bidders are giving equal opportunity.

SLFA is now inviting sealed Bids for eligible bidders who can demonstrate sound Technical, Financial Capacity and verifiable Construction Company to excited Football Turf   Project and Construction of Floodlight for the Sierra Leone Football Association Marked letter (A- F) which represent number of LOT in the project bundle as specify in the bid No: SLFA/PU/Works/ICB/07/10/22/005 Contract Identification Letter A-F Below:

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope in specified Lots by hand delivery for National or (E-mail) for International Bidders signed, Scan and send with Reference Number: SLFA/PU/works/ICB/7/10/22/005

The Bid Document can be acquired for a non-refundable fee that is equivalent to 1,000, New Leones which is Equivalent to Sixty-Five United States Dollars(65$) for International Bidders, payable to the SLFA Bank Account at the ZENITH   Bank

Closing Submission Date for all bids must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday 20, October 2022.

All costs incurred in the preparation of a tender responding to this BID Document will be the responsibility of the bidder and will not be reimbursed by SLFAPU

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 20^th October, 2022 at 12:00 noon All bids must be accompanied by:

• Bid security from a reputable Commercial bank as follows:
• Le 1,000,000, (One Million New Leones)
• A valid Business Registration Certificate
• A valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• A valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate
• Signed Bid Submission Form
• A valid Municipal/Local Council License
• Manufacturer’s Authorisation
• Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years

Bids will be publicly opened on 21^th October, 2022 at 12:05 pm, in the presence of the bidders or their designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.  Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
