Aggrieved customers of the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank (SLCB) in Kenema have registered their dissatisfaction through this medium over the manner in which the bank is handling the affairs of the customers especially when salaries are paid.
Customers reported that long queues, interruption of payment, back passes, long standing and suffocating environment, some times for the rest of the day, are some of the major uniqueness of the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank in Kenema.
Customers compared the Rokel Commercial Bank (RCB) to other private banks where services are made fast and swift under favorable and air conditioned atmosphere. Customers are therefore calling on the management of the SLCB and the government to overhaul the system in Kenema for better service delivery.
