Nightwatch is in hold of reliable information relating to the involvement of Madam Fatmata Sawaneh, erstwhile SLPP Women’s Leader and now Deputy Ambassador to Conakry, Republic of Guinea in land grabbing and systemic bullying of a young progressive SLPP female member, Umu Jalloh over a 120ft stretch piece of Right of Way at Forest Compound near No. 2 River.
Madam Sawaneh is reportedly using her new position as Deputy Ambassador to bowl out Umu Jalloh from this stretch of land she had occupied since 2021. What is reported to Nightwatch that appears to be a gross misuse of state security personnel by the powers that be is the fact that under the orders of Madam Sawaneh, not the Chief of Defense Staff or any military high command is the permanent deployment of a platoon of RSLAF personnel under the command of one Colonel A.R. Bah, who has over the past few months been harassing and unlawfully detaining Miss Jalloh over her piece of land being grabbed by Madam Sawaneh. Under the command of Colonel Bah, the RSLAF troops have demolished the retaining walls and shop structure of Miss Jalloh that was at wall height and reports are that Colonel Bah is insisting on his loyalty to Madam Sawaneh instead of the RSLAF high command to continually intimidate and harass anyone who goes near the said stretch of SLRA Right of Way in the name of Miss Umu Jalloh.
