The 2025 African Cultural Night Awards was a night of elegance, recognition, and cultural pride, bringing together community leaders, change makers, and special guests for an unforgettable celebration.

Among the distinguished honorees was Dr. Lucy Koroma, Founder & CEO of Muna’s Heart Nursing Services and Muna Heart to Hand Foundation, who was recognized for her outstanding leadership, service, and dedication to empowering the African diaspora community.

In addition to receiving a Certificate of Appreciation from Prince George’s County Council and a Certificate of Congressional Recognition from Congressman Glenn Ivey, Dr. Koroma’s achievements were highlighted as a beacon of inspiration in advancing culture, economic growth, and community empowerment.
