INVITATION FOR VENDORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

World Vision International is a global Christian relief, development, and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. We serve all people, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender.

World Vision International Sierra Leone has been operational since 1996, assisting communities with various interventions in health, education, child protection, water and sanitation, and livelihoods.

CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

World Vision International Sierra Leone hereby invites eligible vendors and service providers to express their interest in being considered for the supply of goods, provision of services, and execution of works in support of its operations under the following categories.

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES

There is an urgent need for the supply and delivery of items and services in support of the World Vision International Sponsorship Programs. World Vision International Sierra Leone, therefore, invites interested suppliers and service providers to submit sealed proposals for the relevant categories.

For detailed specifications and bidding documents, to participate in the Bidding Events for the goods and services, interested suppliers and service providers should make a written request to the Procurement/Supply Chain Unit and pick up the bidding documents at any of the following offices:

Submission Requirements

Interested and reliable vendors, suppliers, and service providers should submit a detailed company profile along with valid certifications such as:

”             Business Registration

”             NASSIT Clearance

”             NRA Tax Clearance Certificate

”             Ministry of Works Certificate (for Construction Services)

”             SLIE Certificate

”             GST Certificate

”             Audit Report

”             Environmental Permit

”             Ministry of Health Certificate

Submission of Bids

SEALED Bids should be submitted physically to the National or Provincial Offices, or electronically via email to wvisl_supplychain@wvi.org on or before 24th October 2025 at 14:30hrs GMT.

Bidders are requested to address any queries concerning this EOI to wvisl_supplychain@wvi.org no later than 17th October 2025

This Expression of Interest (EOI) and the accompanying Tender documentation about urgent needs shall not be construed as a commitment by WVISL to award any contract, nor shall it entail any obligation on the part of WVISL to compensate any party for costs incurred in the preparation or submission of a proposal.

”             Issuance of this EOI and Tender document does not constitute an award commitment on the part of WVISL until WVISL issues a written order/contract to potential successful vendors governed by WVISL’s Procurement Policy and Procedures constitutes an award.
