A two day prayer conference organised by the Nations Evangelistic Ministry in Kenema city, captioned FREEDOM FIRE CONERENCE has, on Saturday 26th May 2018, ended at the Assembly of God’s Church, Sannoh Street in Kenema.
The visioneer of the FREEDOM FIRE CONFERENCE, Evangelist J.M.B. Johnbull, who is also the General Overseer of the Nations Evangelistic Ministry Sierra Leone, told the press shortly after the conference that the prayer summit is organized every three months to pray against different problems in the lives of the people and conduct counselling sessions for people who come with different problems.
He disclosed that throughout the conference a lot of souls have been won for Christ and many good testimonies have come up in the lives of families and individuals.
He cited an instance of a family that was very broke, but after attending the conference in November last year things began to work for them. The Man of God furthered that a lot of women, who had difficulty with child bearing, miraculously became pregnant and are now carrying their own babies by the grace of God.
Speaking on the theme of the conferene, ‘THIS IS MY TIME,’ Evangelist J.M.B. Johnbull stated that it is very important for christians to recognise the times and seasons they operate under, and when your time is truly ripe. He said it is rather unfortunate that believers today do not understand when their times of breakthrough and deliverance was at hand. He said a lot of people, especially women, always miss their opportunities of marriages because they are often blind to spiritual things and at the same time they always look for bigger opportunities and dispersing little beghinings.
The guest preacher, Pastor Ezekiel Kalilu Amara from Army of the Lord Ministries International, said for a christian to tap into his blessing one needs to be fucused as he encouraged believers to stay alert so that time will not pass them by.
Ministering from the Book of Daniel 2 vs 21, the Man of God said Daniel understandstood the times of the season when God performed his operattions. He said there was always a definite time when God revealed the deep and secret things concerning his people.
Another preacher, Pastor Richard Paul Anderson of the Assembly of God Mission in Kenema, preached from the Book of Ecclesiates chapter 1 vs 1-3 . He spoke about the effect of time. The Man of God said if one operates within the appointed time you are sure of success.
Other preachers at the conference were Pastor Nancy Mary Vincent of the Nations Evangelistic Ministry, Pastor Tamba Moseray of New Jerusalem Assembly of God church and a host of pastors from other churches graced the ceremony. The conference was climaxed by anointment of congregants. The next conference was announced to take place on August 17th and 18th this year at the Assembly of God Church, Sannoh Street in Kenema.
