WORLD VISION INTERNATIONAL SIERRA LEONE
Wishes to dispose of used assets situated at the World Vision International Sierra Leone National Office in Freetown. WVISL hereby invites interested bidders to submit bids for items listed above at WVISL National Office #35 Wilkinson Road, Freetown. A list of available items will be posted on the notice boards at the WVISL National office. All assets available for disposal will be sold out as is, where is, and within all fault basis.
1.0 Disposal Form
Prospective bidders are to pick up a Disposal Form from the WVISL National Office in Freetown.
2.0 Inspection
The list of the disposed assets will be available at the WVISL National Office in Freetown for inspection between 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. daily from Tuesday, January 6th, 2026, to Wednesday, January 14th, 2026 (our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays).
Notes:
- Bidders are strongly advised to prepare their bids in compliance with this Invitation to Bid.
- WVISL will verify the genuineness of all the documents submitted.
- Any Bid that does not meet the above requirements will not be processed.
- All information and communications in respect of this tender shall be in the English Language.
- WVISL reserves the right to reject any Tender that does not follow the laid-down procedures without liability.
- The final selection of successful bidders will be based on the competitiveness of their referred prices for the items.
- Cost of Bidding—The bidders shall bear all costs associated with preparing and submitting their bid, and the WVISL shall in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the disposal process.
IMPORTANT – ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Completed bid documents must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked as “BID NO. ITB Ref: WVISL/FY26/12/ITB-Invitation to Bid for the Disposal of Used Assets” addressed to: The Supply Chain Manager, World Vision International Sierra Leone and should be deposited in the Bid boxes at World Vision International Sierra Leone offices in Freetown (No 2B Fraser Davies Drive, Off Kings street), by 14:00hrs GMT of the closing date 16th January 2026.
- Offers must be received by the latest 16th January 2026 at 14:00hrs GMT.
- Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN LOCAL CURRENCY (SIERRA LEONE NEW LEONES). BIDS RECEIVED IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY WILL BE INVALIDATED.
