Jhpiego Sierra Leone Hub is seeking to appoint a reliable, professional, and security service agency with a reputable experience to safeguard office premises, assets, personnel, vendors and visitors in the following undermentioned locations.
* Compliance: Licensed, insured, and compliant with Sierra Leone security regulations.
BIDDER ELIGIBILITY TO QUALIFY, AGENCIES MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
* Security Service Business Profile
* Valid business registracon & SL security license for the Naconal Investment Board (NIB)
* Proof of insurance and tax clearance
* 3x references of currently active contracts and presence in the sector
* CVs and training cer0ficates for proposed guards/supervisors
* Cer0ficate from the Sierra Leone Police (SLP) and Office of Na0onal Security (ONS)
* Naconal Revenue Authority (NRA) Cer0ficate and tax clearance
* NASSIT Certificate
* Council Certificate among others.

* Technical: company profile, Experience, guard welfare, supervision structure, contingency plans, technology Use of digital reporting/incident apps
* Experience in providing security to reputable and large organizations, embassies
* Financial: financial proposal
