National Excellence Awards 2019… Orange Sierra Leone featured for Best CSR Company of the Year

Orange Sierra Leone has made it to the finals of the most celebrated gathering of eminent Sierra Leoneans, the National Excellence Awards for 2019 among the best Corporate Social Responsibility for 2019 amongst many others.
It was not a surprise that Sierra Leone most credible, reliable and tax compliant and CSR driven company could be featured in the areas of CSR by Sierra Leone’s most reputable entertainment Organization Lake Production.
As a private sector ,Orange Sierra Leone has aligned its development activities with the aspirations of Government and the people of Sierra Leone in all sectors ranging from Education, Health, Environment, Health and Sanitation, womens empowerment ,ICT and innovation, energy ,the list is endless.
The company has the largest financial platform the Orange Money which has provided financial access points for Sierra Leoneans in remote areas, NGO and INGO community and other private sectors organizations working in remote areas around the country.
They are increasingly partnering with more critical state agencies to ease the provision and payment for social services such as the SLRSA/Orange Money platform for the payment of traffic fines and charges; the Guma Valley Orange Money platform for the payment of bills and the most celebrated EDSA payment platform.
Their recent partnership with the United Bank for Africa has also leveraged the company huge Orange money platform to UBA customers in Sierra Leone.
Hence it was therefore no surprise that a credible the Sierra Leonean public was attracted with such marvelous job and wants to pay back Orange Sierra Leone by nominating it to the NEA,2019 AWARDS.
The National Excellence Awards ceremony is a yearly event that recognizes the distinguished contribution of Sierra Leoneans, institutions organizations that has immensely contributed in their own way to nation building.
The NEA Awards is also a platform used over the years to portray Sierra Leone across the world.The 2019 NEA awards is the third since the awards were launched in 2017.
The Organizers of NEA ,Lake Production SL Ltd in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and RUGGED will hold this year’s awards ceremony at the Golden Tulip Hotel Aberdeen and over one hundred Sierra Leoneans, institutions and organizations will be awarded.
