Ahaji Musa Mansaray formally of 55 Bai Bureh Road, Wellington east of Freetown is currently on the run for his life.
Alhaji according to reports is a student and a soccer player very famous for assisting and been friendly with visitors and tourist who arrived in the country.
Alhaji Musa Mansaray according to reports had met Hermann Müller a German tourist who visited Sierra Leone for the very first time.Both met at a hotel in the east end of Freetown and later became close and intimate friends visiting each other.
Reports later went that Hermann is a gay and had also introduced Alhaji to his gay way of life. He was also reported to have lured Alhaji with money after showing interest to his ways.
Hermann and Alhaji visited many places across the country where and enjoyed a whole lot of fun.The subject of discussion as envisaged by many that had followed the two was tourism little knowing that they were exploring a sexual gay relationship. People became suspicious and wanted to confirm whether this was the case.
On the 25th December 2019, Hermann had visited Alhaji at his residence culminating into them playing love.Their romance according to reports got very intense to the attention of many outside.
Alhaji’ half brother a fanatic Muslim became suspicious and decided to go into the room and saw the two in action.
His half-brother went out of the room shouting and announcing that his brother was involved in a gay affair contrary to their customs and traditions.
An angry mob of fanatic Muslim youths in the community rushed into the room with the rationale to deal with Alhaji since according to them this was an abomination.
He managed to escape the scene but Hermann her friend was caught and toured mercilessly.
The caretaker of the community mosque who doubles as Alhaji’s father fainted and died when he had the news that his son was engaged in such an abominable acts brining shame to him, his family and religion.
The youth’s became very desperate and went in search of Alhaji whom they accused of been responsible for his father’s death. They have also accused him of brining shame to their family and religion. The youths vowed to wash the abomination by killing Alhaji who they say has committed a taboo.
A source who wishes to be anonymous, told this medium that Alhaji was still hiding within the community when the decision was reached to kill him.
Alhaji later left the community according to our source during the dark hours of the night.It was believed Alhaji had later left the country for his personal security.
The question most people are now asking now is what crime has he committed and what is the police doing to protect him from the angry youths.
