A plot to fraudulently seize and takeover a certain AGT Mining by alleged predators has been exposed to Nightwatch’s Investigative Team.
The names of Ali Topal and Mustafa Modu have been conspicuously cited in this nefarious deal using fake documents by using certain unsuspicious government officials to aid and abet the criminal process.
Investigations have so far highlighted that several attempts by the duo to surreptitiously bribe and lure certain senior government officials into the scheme have so far been met with stiff resistance giving that the matter is before the judiciary whose integrity under the current Chief Justice is something good to write home about.
In their desperate attempt to fraudulently seize and takeover the AGT Mining Concession, Ali and Mustafa are allegedly using forged documents to confuse and convince those concerned with the matter within the higher ranks of government and elsewhere.
Investigations have revealed that Ali Topal a consummate gold freak holds a mere 4% of Shares in the AGT Mining but yet, he insists on hijacking the company from its legitimate owners using forged documents, corrupt antics, and deceit which according to sources, has lately included an alleged 15% Shares option to a certain very senior government (name withheld) if he supports him in have his sway over the said company and its concession. In similar vein, Ali Topal is reported to have also offered a 10% Shares to Mustafa Modu, who it has been established, is also complicit in this treacherous attempt to fraudulently seize and takeover of the AGT mining and Development Company and its Concession.
“These people are not investors; they are predators, exploiting the poverty of the nation for their own personal gains and they are doing so with gross disregard and disrespect of the laws of the land and the rights of the Sierra Leonean people,” a source that was contacted during the cause of investigation stated.
A lady residing in the AGT Mining and Development Company’s Concession Area also remarked: “The actions of these men not only constitute fraud and attempted bribery; it is a direct affront on the sovereignty and dignity of our country.”
So far, investigations are pointing to the fact that the attempted manipulative antics of Ali and Mustafa in their bid to seize and ultimately takeover the AGT Mining and Development Company goes far beyond a mere business dispute; it is a deliberately hatched conspiracy aimed at fraud. However, investigations have indicated that the rightful owners with majority Shares are not seated on their oases, they are bent on revealing the truth to the authorities concerned with assurances that justice would be ultimately served and the culprits would be apprehended to face the full force of the law.
