A release from State House last evening has announced Dr. Julius Fofanah Sandi as Head of Civil Service and Secretary to Cabinet to replace Dr.Ernest Surur.
Mr. Dennis Vandi the release further states has been appointed Secretary to President, while Mr.Barba Brima Fortune was also appointed Secretary to Vice President the release concludes.
