Sacked Local Gov’t Minister To Replace Attorney General

Sources from the corridors of power at State House have reliably informed this medium that the sacked former Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Anthony Brewah Esq., will replace the current Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Madam Priscilla Schwartz.
It will be recalled that Minister Brewah was dropped out of Government as a result of a cabinet reshuffle by President Bio, whiles his Deputy, Mr. Tetema Tondoneh, was moved as the new Deputy Minister of Works and Public Assets.
The sacked minister is a seasoned lawyer with vast experience in the country’s legal system, and if appointed he would pair up with Umaru Napoleon Koroma, who also doubles as the ruling party’s Secretary General, who has already been appointed as Deputy Justice Minister.
Dr. Priscilia Schwartz, the first female Attorney General, has worked very hard in putting together the three constitutional instruments leading to the establishment of the three Commissions of Enquiry currently executing the mandate to investigate and inquire into the activities of President, Vice President, Government ministers and other Government officials that served in the Ernest Bai Koroma regime between November 2007 and April, 2018.
