The newly elected executive, of the Sports Writers Association of Sierra Leone (SWASAL), on Friday June 25th 2021 paid a courtesy call on the former Premier League Board Chairman, Rodney Michael, who has also been a pioneer and supportive of past SWASAL administrations.
The executive was able to share their plans and vision with the popular sports philanthropist and former Sierra Leone Football Association Presidential aspirant before presenting him a certificate of appreciation on behalf of the previous administration.
In his reply, Rodney Michael applauded the new SWASAL executive for their move and their plans to improve the Association. He advised them to work and build a better relationship with sporting bodies and expand their relationship with other institutions.
Michael also pledged to support the Association in their programs, including full support to the construction of the Association’s first website as they planned.
