Total Sierra Leone has on Thursday 6th December, 2018 brought smiles to the faces of winners of the first phase of their 2018 Lubricant Promotion at the Wilkinson Road office in Freetown.
Abu Kamara and Osman Jalloh first and second prize winners won a brand new tricycle Keke and one Boxer Motorcycle together with other numerous consolations prizes of solar powered lights with charging facilities.
Presenting the prizes Madam Rose Nkada Managing Director Total Sierra Leone urged the winners to embrace safety while using these equipment noting that it is a very cardinal principle at Total Sierra Leone.
She informed Journalists and prize winners that the journey that has culminated into the distribution of these prizes yesterday , started on the 1st November, 2018 when the Lubricant promotion was launched .
‘’Today ,we want to wrap up the 1st phase of the 2018 Lubricants promotion by giving the prizes to the lucky winners for the entire nation of Sierra Leone to know that TOTAL Sierra Leone means what it says….’’ The managing Director stated.
Madam Rose Nkada disclosed that Total lubricants have been consistently gaining ground in the Sierra Leonean market due to its exceptional qualities noting that between 2017 to date TOTAL lubricants have experienced a year on year strong with clear indication of their customer needs.
The promotion she went on is not only to celebrate the upward trend of TOTAL lubricants in terms of volume, but also to say thank you to their numerous customers who have been patronizing with them.
‘’Our presence in the Sierra Leone market is not only to do business but to give back to the country what we are obtaining from our activities through our sustainable development program…’’ the MD noted .
Ismalia Conteh Network Manager Total Sierra Leone had earlier on welcomed journalist to the occasion and also gave a background of the Lubricants 2018 promotion while also introducing key Company functionaries present at the ceremony.
Alimamy Kamara as a show of commitment of Total Sierra Leone to safety as their core value delivered a safety induction talk before the commencement of the ceremony emphasizing the fact that it is necessary that the winners of the 1st and 2nd prizes are educated on the need to maintain safety while using the equipment around and within the city where he noted a lot of construction is currently going on.
Patrick Chiluba Finance Manager,Winston Faulkner ,Michaela Bowen-John and Xavier Marque distributed the consolation prizes to the winners.
