Four accused, Ishmael Koroma, Issa Alhaji Mansaray, Ernest Conteh and Lamin Tarawalie yesterday made their first appearance before Magistrate Hannah Bonnie of Pademba Road Court No. 1 in Freetown for allegedly killing Kadiatu Yalie Kargbo.
The accused were arraigned on two counts of conspiracy to murder and murder contrary to law.
The indictment indicated that the accused on Sunday 8th March, 2020 at Kamabia town conspired with other person unknown to unlawfully murder Kadiatu Yalie Kargbo.
No plea was taken when the four accused were arraigned.
The Prosecutor, Inspector Gbassay Fofanah sought for a date that the witnesses would be present in court.
The accused were remanded in custody at the Pademba Road Male Correctional Centre and the matter comes up on 3rd August, 2020.
