Amara Kwaigor, Head of Prosecutions, Anti Corruption Commission has on Thursday 21st November, 2019 revealed to journalists at the weekly Government Press Conference that the ACC has not got any serious evidence to prosecute David Francis even after they have written to ECOBANK and they have replied appropriately with some information.
He added that after analyzing the response from the bank, they were unable to see any tangible evidence that would rope the Chief Minister on the allegations of Journalist, Salieu Tejan Jalloh.
The ACC representative used the occasion to plead to members of the public to help the commission with incriminating evidence that will help them in prosecuting the Minister with the said allegations.
