Yabu Zainab Sheriff will tomorrow, 9th April, 2025 appear before Justice Mark Ngegba of the Freetown High Court where application for bail will be determined by the sitting judge.
Defense Counsels representing her had earlier made several bail applications before Magistrate Mustapha Briama Jah but were all denied which necessitated the defence team to file a fresh application for bail at t superior court – the High Court.
It is expected that Zainab’s lawyers will be heard today by Justice Ngegba. The State Prosecutor is also expected to reply based on the application made.
It is not yet known whether or not bail will be granted her.
