Caretaker dragged to court for stealing

Gbessay Koroma has made his first appearance before Magistrate Marke Ngegba of Pa Demba Road court in Freetown for larceny.
Police alleged that complainant entered a building that belongs to Mohamed Dumbuya and stole materials worth millions of Leones.
The particulars of offence indicate that the accused person on Saturday 1st February 2020 at Mambo village, Goderich in Freetown, with intent to commit a felony, broke and entered into the building of Mohammed Dumbuya and stole materials therein.
Assistant Superintendent of Police, Hawa Bah is prosecuting the matter. Since the witnesses were absent in court, the prosecutor applied for an adjournment which was upheld by the court.
No legal representation for the accused at this stage of the trial. He is remanded pending hearing of the matter.
The matter comes up 14th February.
