On 15 June 2026 after conducting a thorough investigation, the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning revoked the fraudulent survey site plan LS3288/24 obtained by SLPP Sierra Leone Ambassador to Ghana, Mohamed Hassan Kai-Samba that was signed by the Deputy Director of Surveys and Lands containing “inaccurate, and misleading”, “incomplete and erroneous facts”, “concealment” and “material misrepresentation”, i.e. fraud.
