Microplus will serve as the Official Provider for Games Information Systems when the Commonwealth Games returns to Glasgow next summer, using its central results system to distribute data.

Building on its success in Birmingham 2022, the sports event technology provider will use its technology to distribute real-time, accurate data for fans visiting the Glasgow 2026 results website and partner channels.

Microplus will handle the flow of live competition data through its custom APIs and in the Olympic Data Feed format. Its system will receive results from all venues and quickly and securely process and distribute them to multiple platforms including the official results website. This ensures athletes, media, broadcasters and fans worldwide can follow every engaging detail of the sport live.
