A Sierra Leonean national, Chernoh Amadu Barrie according to reports yesterday seriously got injured leading to the loss of his four lower teeth when a vehicle engine fell on his jaw while trying to maintenance a vehicle belonging to Milla Group at Jamata,east of Freetown.
Chernoh told Nightwatch that, his services were hired by Milla Group to maintenance their vehicle at their factory in Freetown,but unfortunately according to reports another mechanic had untie the engine which led it to fell on him as he was trying to diagnose the problem of the vehicle.
The Victim reported that, even though the injury led to his losing so much blood, all Milla Group did was to offer him first aid treatment and the sum of Le 100,000 to further take care of himself.
The injury on Chernor is serious and has got the tendency to cause fatality.
Efforts by this medium to get the side of Milla Group as we go to press proved futile as they failed to respond to text messages and phone calls with a view to respond to the allegations against them.
