If any of us knew, for sure, who would be the next President of Sierra Leone West Africa there would have been no need for campaigning during which hell breaks loose and the peace of the country is threatened.
What we, the patriots, need at the end of the whole exercise, whether it ends on Wednesday, the magic 7th instant, or in two weeks time, is a God-fearing leader who will lead this country to the Promised Land. What the Satanic citizens want however is a leader who will lead this country in the interest of a cabal.
As at now God knows who the next President of Sierra Leone will be and this has been revealed to only a few who have the gift of prophecy.
It is a fact that only God and fools don’t change. If we refuse to change we shall indeed be classed as fools. The hymn writer states, “Change and decay in all around I see. O thou, who changest not, abide with me”. The good Lord will abide with us as we change for the better.
The next leader of this country is the person who is going to usher in either a new or revised Sierra Leone. He is going to be taxed with returning the country to its erstwhile Athenian glory, to which we have been beaten by countries in the sub-region that were mere toddlers when Sierra Leone had been a paragon in these parts.
He will not cause the nation to incur unnecessary debts that will be paid by generations unborn.
All governments of Sierra Leone, since our independence in 1961, have maintained the Public Order Act of 1965, which is repugnant to good governance. Our new Head of State is going to actualize the repeal of that Act in contra-distinction to the lip service paid to it.
As at now many useful citizens are fleeing the country in search of the so-called greener pastures. This is because they find it hard to survive in the country of their birth. The new Head of State will create conditions that will cause citizens to stay in their home country.
The person, who is going to occupy State House, is one who will stop all the wastage of state funds due to corrupt practices. He will stop practices of innumerable convoys accompanying him to his home town every other weekend and unwieldy delegations to the United Nations and other places abroad.
He will not award contracts to his relatives and friends when there are others who can perform those contracts better. He will not be recycling them and others though they under-perform.
Vote for this man, who is devoid of all the nefarious practices outlined above. He is the man to beat.
