Must read

Tamba Fallah a young Sierra Leonean from the United Kingdom has established a company, the Supreme Employees Solutions Ltd in Freetown to help complement the Government’s Human Capital Development Agenda. The outfit commits to being a leader in Sierra Leone in terms of the provision of outsourced services of temporary and permanent talents to the Hospitality, Medical, Information Technology, Cleaning and Construction Industries.

Supreme Employees Solutions Ltd is a model of the UK based Supreme Employees Solutions and provides training for the International English Language Testing System Examination (IELTS) which guarantees entry into various UK Universities The establishment is also keen in providing jobs for Sierra Leone’s huge unemployed youths in the hospitality, medical, Information Technology, Cleaning and construction sectors both in Sierra Leone and Poland.

As a certified UK Care Certificate, Food Safety, HSE, CPR and IELTS trainer, the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Supreme Employees Solutions Limited is keen in establishing a similar company in Sierra Leone as it obtains in the United Kingdom to help alleviate the challenging employment situation in the country and also support President Bio’s vision to provide jobs for the youths thereby contributing to his Human Capital Development agenda.

In an exclusive interview with this medium at his Wellington Office, East of Freetown, over the weekend, Mr. Fallah says, he has all what it takes operationally and administratively to train and deploy young Sierra Leoneans into various UK Universities and in the hospitality, Information and Technology, Medical, Cleaning and Construction sectors in both the United Kingdom Poland and Sierra Leone.

He pointed out that, his company as a novelty secures full work permits which include free accommodation, transport and medical services for jobs in Poland via its embassy in Abuja, Nigeria before deploying such workers from Sierra Leone to work in Poland.

He reiterated the fact that his company and its partners are concerned about the human rights of individuals and hence he would ensure that Sierra Leoneans who leave the country for employment are accorded their dignity and integrity.

Since the establishment of the company in 2018 after fully registering with the relevant authorities, the young Sierra Leonean entrepreneur disclosed that, he is almost completing the processing and deployment of  eight (8) Sierra Leoneans to take up jobs in various food factories in Poland.

On his challenges in terms of pushing through this national aspiration, the Chief Executive noted that, he is aware that, the cost for funding such trips to take up jobs overseas is pretty expensive and this is why he is calling for increased support to be able to deploy more Sierra Leoneans both locally and internationally in areas such as health care facilities, the hospitality and educational sectors.

He recounted that, he has a strong partnership with the British Council and other reputable organizations within and outside Sierra Leone to train and guide candidates who attempt the IELTS examinations for onward admission into various UK universities.

This, he noted was a huge problem in the country and that as a certified training instructor in the UK he thought that setting up such a company in the country would provide the much needed help to support young Sierra Leoneans whose aspirations and desires are to be enrolled in UK Universities.

Supreme Employees Solutions Sierra Leone Limited has been able to recruit young Sierra Leonean administrators/managers and other categories of employees to help push through and manage the vision of the organization.
